You need a flat, solid foundation such as a concrete slab, compacted gravel pad, or a sturdy deck that can hold 1,500 to 3,000 lbs. If you choose an electric heater, you'll need an electrician to run a dedicated 240V line (usually 30A to 50A). Wood-burning stoves need no electricity, just proper chimney clearance.

Saunas ship securely crated via freight carrier with a scheduled delivery appointment curbside at the end of your driveway. For crates 84” (7 ft) or shorter, liftgate service is available to lower the crate. For large outdoor cabin crates exceeding 84”, a liftgate cannot accommodate the crate size; customers arrange on-site unloading (such as having a crew of helpers to unload components from the truck by hand, mechanical equipment, or local terminal pickup). We confirm all crate dimensions and unloading recommendations with you before your order leaves the factory.

Contiguous United States: We provide complimentary curbside freight delivery with hydraulic liftgate on saunas bundled with a heater (orders of $3,500 or more). Heaters and accessories over $150 ship free via tracked ground courier ($14.95 standard rate for orders under $150). Standalone sauna shells without a heater include a $495 direct factory freight surcharge.
