IMPORTANT FREIGHT & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

Curbside Semi-Truck Delivery: Delivered via 53-ft tractor-trailer to curb or driveway apron. Hydraulic liftgate included for standard crates up to 84”. For oversized cabin crates exceeding 84”, consignees coordinate on-site offloading (helpers, forklift, or tilt flatbed). Drivers cannot enter private driveways, garages, or backyards.
Post-Purchase Address Verification: All freight shipments undergo a route clearance review prior to dispatch. Severe limited access, island ferry routes, or unpaved mountain grades may be subject to carrier surcharges or local terminal will-call pickup.
Mandatory Inspection on Delivery: You must inspect the crate upon arrival and write "DAMAGED - SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the Delivery Receipt (BOL) if any outer distress is visible.
Canadian Delivery Terms: Shipments moving from Ontario (Leisurecraft) ship domestic freight with zero import or border fees. Cross-border shipments (Bathing Brands) move DAP with applicable provincial GST/HST and standard CBSA customs clearance payable upon arrival at the border.

I acknowledge and accept the Curbside Freight Terms, confirm semi-truck road access, agree to inspect the delivery before signing the carrier receipt, acknowledge Canadian delivery terms (domestic freight for Ontario facilities; DAP for international shipments).
