Do NOT machine wash this product. Surface wipe only with mild soap and water. Hang the cover to dry.

This item ships via standard ground courier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS Ground) directly to your address.
Free Ground Shipping on domestic US orders $150 and over. Flat $14.95 standard insured ground courier on standalone orders under $150.

Returns & Cancellations
Eligible items in brand-new, uninstalled condition with complete original packaging, manuals, and pallet/crate strapping may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Standard accessories in sealed factory packaging returned within 30 days carry a 15% restocking fee if packaging has been opened.
Order Cancellations Prior to Dispatch: In-stock heaters and accessories may be cancelled at zero penalty prior to warehouse departure. For made-to-order saunas, cancellations within 48 hours of order placement receive a 100% refund; cancellations requested after timber machining has commenced are subject to a 10% material handling fee if production cannot be paused.
Return Freight & Discretionary Returns: For customer-initiated returns (buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or site condition changes), the customer is responsible for actual return freight shipping costs. If requested, our logistics team can coordinate return freight booking under our negotiated corporate volume carrier rates and deduct the cost from your net refund.
Zero-Fee Transit Damage Guarantee: Restocking fees never apply to items damaged during transit or verified manufacturer defects. If damage is noted upon delivery on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL), notify support@epicsauna.com with photos within 48 hours and we will dispatch replacement components or assemblies at 100% factory expense.
Non-Returnable Items: Saunas, heaters, or electronic controls that have been assembled, wired, installed, or fired cannot be returned due to safety and electrical certification standards.

Solid 1.5"+ Timber Construction (No Stud Blocking Required): Precision-milled from solid 1.5"+ (38mm–44mm) architectural timber logs, our sauna walls provide solid structural backing across every square inch. You can fasten your electric heater mounting brackets directly into the solid timber logs with complete load integrity—no drywall cutting, stud finding, or internal wood blocking is required.
